Stephanie Beaton is a real-life witch who practices magick. “I’ve journeyed down many paths such as witchcraft, black magick, santeria, palo mayombe, demonology, and I am a devotee to Santsima Muerte,” she proclaims on her web-based Etsy shop, where she sells witchcraft-y things like spell kits, amulets, oils, and powders. So it should really come as no surprise that the Ohio-born beauty had an earlier career in horror films, or that she earned the nickname “Scream Queen,” for her various scary parts. She debuted in the TV movie Shattered Mind (1996) with Heather Locklear, then went straight to horror with the feature film Unnaturally Born Killers (1996). A year later, she was cast as Detective Lucy Lutz in Witchcraft IX: Bitter Flesh(1997), a role she would repeat in Witchcfraft X: Mistress of the Craft (1998), and Witchcraft XI: Sisters in Blood (2000). Her 1998 version of the detective found Steph on screen without a top, her big boobs bare and brilliant. She showed them again as Serena in The Evil Maker (2000). And in A Passion, aka The Passion Network, she plays Janna, searching for thrills with sexual deviants—and bares everything she’s got in front of her, including another look at those giant globes and her treasure triangle. And lest you think Stephanie’s career has been nothing but B or C films, she did have an uncredited part as a Beth Koski in the Hollywood flick Twilight (1998) with Susan Sarandon, Paul Newman, Gene Hackman, and Reese Witherspoon.
